WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes! All of our orders will recieve a tracking number to make sure nothing goes wrong in transit! You will recieve an email a few days after your order has been dispatched.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
We ship all of our orders with Australia Post.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
It is your responsibility to enter all of the correct details! If you have entered the wrong details please contact us right away on with the correct details.
Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped we are unable to change the details. We are not responsible to refund or resend the order.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
Please be aware it is your responsibility to track your order. It is your responsibility to pick up your order from your local post office in time before the item is returned to sender.
Please be aware we do not accept/process refunds in the case of the order being returned. However, we will
happily re send your order!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE POST?
Please be aware this is the local delivery service issue.
We will always provide a tracking number.
Please use this number if:
you have been sent a notification saying your order is delivered and it is not
If your order has not turned up over 10 days from dispatch day *not from when you placed your order, from when you recieve your email saying your order is on the way*
With this number you will be able to make a claim to Australia Post and help them find it. It is the customers responsibility to contact the local post office and make a claim. We recommend contacting them as soon as you notice something is wrong!
We do not process refunds for orders which have been lost in transit or marked as delivered.
Please note that signatures are not required on receipt of our items.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do NOT accept refunds or exchanges on any Bluemoon Essentials items. All items are final sale.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We hope this will never happen but please contact us on immediately if this is to happen!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, unfortunately all sales are final once an order is placed.
